Refund Policy.
When money comes back, how to ask for it, and what happens to the work either way.

Refunds and cancellation
This policy sets out when Syscodes Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. will provide a refund, how to claim one, and where responsibility sits. By registering for our services you accept these terms.
Coverage and scope
This policy applies only to Syscodes Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. and the websites we own. It does not cover third-party providers, unaffiliated companies, or external websites linked from ours.
Raising a complaint first
We would always rather solve the problem than process a refund. Before starting a formal claim, email hello@syscodes.in so we can talk it through. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
Eligibility by service
What you can claim depends on the service and how far the work has progressed:
- Web hosting. Full refund within 30 days, less any domain registration fee already paid. Processed in 7–10 business days. No refund after 30 days.
- Web and graphic design. Full refund if the project has not started or the initial design direction has not been approved. A partial refund is possible after approval if we fail to deliver. No refund once the work is complete.
- Logo and brochure design. Full refund before work starts or before a direction is approved. After that, a refund proportional to the work completed.
- Web programming. Full refund if the project has not started. After that, a partial refund calculated against the work completed.
- Dedicated hiring. Full refund if the engagement has not begun. After that, a proportionate refund. No refund for services already provided.
When this policy does not apply
This policy does not apply where a project stalls because the information, content or access we asked for did not arrive in time. We cannot be held to a delivery obligation while we are waiting on you.
No compensation is payable for delay unless a penalty clause is written into the contract.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the portion of the project that remains incomplete. We are not liable for losses arising from services already provided, or from delays.
How refunds are processed
Approved full refunds are processed within 50 business days. Partial refunds are processed within 180 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Changes to this policy
We may amend this policy without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services means you accept the version then in force. Questions go to hello@syscodes.in.
