Mobile app development that users keep.
Native iOS, native Android or one React Native codebase, chosen on evidence. Designed around the first session and tested on the phones your customers actually own.
Our approach to mobile app development.
Almost nobody deletes an app over a bug. They delete it because the first session gave them nothing. Six permission prompts. Then a form asking for data the app has not earned.
So time to first value is a spec item. It carries a number we measure. Permissions are asked for when they earn themselves. Offline behaviour is designed, not discovered.
You also get a straight answer on platform. React Native or Flutter covers most business apps for around sixty percent of the effort. Native suits deep hardware access and heavy animation.
How we protect the first session
Mobile app development services we offer.
Two platforms, one codebase for both, or no store listing at all. The table compares them; the section below says which one we would pick.
iOS app development
Native Swift and SwiftUI for iPhone and iPad, with App Store review handled here rather than handed to you.

Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, tested on the mid-range phones your customers actually own rather than a flagship.
12–16 weeksExplore Android app developmentHybrid and cross-platform apps
One React Native or Flutter codebase for both stores, with native code written only where the hardware demands it.

An installable progressive web app when a store listing is not worth the overhead. Works offline, updates the day you deploy, no review queue.

iOS, Android or one codebase?
Most teams arrive having already decided, usually on the strength of what a competitor did. The choice is narrower than it looks, and three questions settle it.
Does the app need the phone itself? Continuous background location, Bluetooth peripherals, ARKit, HealthKit, camera work beyond a photo picker, or animation that has to hold sixty frames. Any of those and you build native iOS or native Android. Without them you have a business app, and business apps do not need it.
Do both stores matter on day one? If they do, one React Native or Flutter codebase gets you there for roughly sixty per cent of the effort of building twice. Where the platforms genuinely need to diverge you write a native module, not a second app.
Does it need to be in a store at all? An installable web app skips the review queue and updates the day you deploy. For internal tools and low-frequency consumer products, a store listing is overhead nobody asked for.
If you only ship one platform first, revenue per user usually points at iOS and raw reach usually points at Android. We scope both routes in week one and hand you the comparison in writing, because the honest answer moves with the product rather than with the agency.
The short version
Our app development process.
Five stages, and you install builds on your own phone from week five.

Scope cut, platform decided.
Interviews, a competitive read and one hard prioritisation session. Native and cross-platform are both scoped, so the decision gets made on evidence instead of preference.
The first ninety seconds, designed.
Core flows drawn against a time-to-first-value target, then prototyped. Tested on real people holding real phones.
Builds on your own phone.
Two-week sprints delivering TestFlight and Play internal builds you install yourself. Analytics and crash reporting are wired as we go.
Review passed first time.
Listings, screenshots, privacy declarations and every reply to a reviewer, handled here. We read the guidelines during design, which is why we have not been rejected yet.
Then we chase day thirty.
Funnel and retention data reviewed against the targets set in week one. The v2 backlog is ordered by what users did, not by what anyone assumed.
What we build.
Product and platform work, described honestly, the published examples live in the portfolio.
Product work, end to end.
Interfaces, dashboards, and the systems behind them.
- Native and cross-platform apps
- SaaS dashboards and admin tools
- APIs, integrations and data pipelines
- MVPs scoped to a first release
Much of our product work sits under an NDA. Everything in the portfolio was built by the same engineers and is live right now, go and prod it.

We design the first session
Time to first value is a spec item with a number against it. Most uninstalls happen there.

Both routes are scoped in week one. Cross-platform suits most business apps. Animation-heavy ones need native.

For dashboards, bookings, content and commerce, one codebase covers both stores. React Native or Flutter does that job. That is roughly sixty percent of the effort of building twice. Go native for heavy animation or deep hardware access.
Six to ten weeks for an MVP. Ten to fourteen for a cross-platform build. Fourteen to twenty for native. Design and prototyping take the first two to four weeks.
Completely. Developer accounts, listings, screenshots, privacy declarations and replies to reviewers. Our first-submission pass rate is one hundred percent so far. We read the guidelines during design.
Yes, and the same people do both. Flows, prototype, design system and build come from one team. That is the point of using a mobile app design agency that also ships the code.
Whether one codebase serves both platforms, how much of the app has to work offline, and how many systems it talks to. Payments, maps and push notifications each bring their own testing cycle. A second platform adds much less than the first if it was planned for from the start. We have set the ranges out in full in what mobile app development costs in India.
Yes. We have delivered in 23 countries across five continents, and we commit to four guaranteed overlap hours with US Eastern (18:30–22:30 IST), with a full overlap for the UK and Europe. The names are in the contract.
