02How we work
The same five stages run on every project, from a short optimisation sprint to a full platform build.
How we work.
Week 1–2
Discover
We find the actual problem first.
Analytics review, funnel audit, competitor teardown and stakeholder interviews. You get a written findings document at the end.

Week 2–4
Design
Interfaces validated before they are built.
Wireframes, then high-fidelity UI in Figma, then a clickable prototype you can actually test with real users before anyone writes code.

Week 4–9
Build
Clean, documented, handover-ready.
Two-week sprints, each ending in a demo. You get staging access from day one, so there are no surprises.

Week 9–10
Launch
A go-live you can sleep through.
Full QA matrix, content migration, redirects, analytics and a rollback plan. We stay on-call through the first week post-launch.

Ongoing
Optimise
The number keeps moving after launch.
CRO testing, performance monitoring and iteration against the metric we agreed on in Discovery. Monthly reporting you can forward to your board.

Sales · +35% order value
Attackletics doubled sales with a neon storefront that opens like a plain one.
The brief
A smart batting tee and a finished coaching app, sold from a stock theme. Rebuilt in neon and scanlines, without making the phone pay for it.

Conversion · +56% organic traffic
Applied Vision Baseball left a coaching site for a store that shows gear working.
The brief
Vision and swing trainers that make no sense in a photograph. Moved out of a coaching site and onto a storefront built around the demonstration.

Direct revenue · No.1 channel, ahead of amazon
MindPanda built its own channel and pushed Amazon into second place.
The brief
An established Amazon seller with no channel of its own. Catalogue ported across, two markets configured, and a storefront designed to convert rather than list.

Sales · +39% organic traffic
CocoaTown made a deep machinery catalogue shoppable and lifted sales 28%.
The brief
Bean-to-bar and nut-butter machinery sold in over a hundred countries. A deep technical catalogue, restructured around batch size and the stage a maker is stuck at.

Revenue, month one · <2s page load
TotalSnacc launched from a standing start and took six figures in month one.
The brief
A launch store for roasted, never fried namkeen, built with no customer list behind it. Every rival in the category claims to be healthy and nobody is believed.

Sales · <1.2s page load
Karomi Crafts moved the loom time beside the price and lifted sales 30%.
The brief
A jamdani womenswear label with an existing store and the wrong problem. Traffic and taste were fine. The page never said what the cloth cost in time.

Why global brands choose Syscodes.
Brands in 20+ countries across five continents build with us. These are the questions they asked first, and the answers that won the work.
01Will your team be awake when ours is?Same day
Our day is built around yours. Core hours run to 22:30 IST, so London gets a full afternoon and New York a full morning. Same-day answers, not next-morning ones.
Same day · Replies inside your working hours, not after it
02Who will we actually be talking to?0 people between
The designers and engineers building your product, on Slack, Zoom and your own tracker. Nothing is relayed through an account manager, so nothing gets lost.
0 · People between you and the makers
03Is our idea and our code protected?100% yours
NDA before anything is shared. Your repository from the first commit, and the IP transfers to you on final payment, as the contract sets out. Standard here since 2020, never an upsell.
100% · Yours on final payment
04How difficult is the paperwork?4 currencies
Invoices in USD, GBP, EUR or INR. We can work under your MSA, and W-8BEN-E is on file. Hiring across a border should be an operational non-event.
4 · Billing currencies, your contract or ours
05What happens after launch?Most return
We stay. Most brands here are on their second or third project with us, so the work carries on: measuring, improving, shipping the next release.
Most · Clients return for the next project
Currently serving 23 countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Ireland, Russia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia, India.
07Core strengths
Five areas where our depth keeps clients with us well past the first project.
Our core strengths.
01Design & creative directionOriginal ideas, never recoloured templates.
1recommended direction, argued in full
We open every engagement with one recommended creative direction, and show you the routes we rejected and why. You judge an argument, not a colour swap. Craft is why a first-time visitor trusts your checkout.
02Conversion engineeringWe treat the funnel as the product.
Everyfunnel step instrumented
We instrument every step from first landing to order confirmation, find where the revenue leaks out, and test until it stops. Unlike a redesign, this work can be measured, which is why clients keep us past launch day.
Checkout funnel · before vs after Product view 100% → 100% · Add to cart 41% → 58% · Checkout start 24% → 39% · Payment info 16% → 29% · Purchase 12% → 23%
03Platform depthFour platforms, 10+ years of team experience, no guessing.
4platforms shipped in production
We are not consultants learning a platform on your project. We have shipped production stores on all four stacks, and we will tell you plainly which one fits your business.
Production builds shipped Shopify: 78 builds delivered · WooCommerce: 34 builds delivered · Magento: 18 builds delivered · Custom / headless: 24 builds delivered
04Performance obsessionSpeed is a deliverable, not a nice-to-have.
98typical Lighthouse after launch
Every build ships against a Core Web Vitals budget written into the contract. Slow stores lose revenue on mobile before a visitor ever sees the product. So we treat a failing Lighthouse score the way we treat a broken checkout.
Typical post-launch Lighthouse Largest contentful paint 1.1s (−1.4s) · Cumulative layout shift 0.02 (−0.19) · Mobile revenue impact +19% (sessions)
05Systems, not screensA design system you can build on.
100%ownership of code & files
Handover is where most projects quietly fail. We ship documented tokens, a component library and a working style guide. Your next developer, agency or in-house hire picks it up without a rebuild.

How do you work with clients in other time zones?
Our core hours run to 22:30 IST. That gives London a full afternoon of live overlap and New York a full morning. Standups, reviews and calls happen inside your working day, and you always talk to the people building the project.
Who owns the code and the design files?
You do, completely. The contract sets out the IP transfer before work begins, and full ownership passes to you on final payment. NDAs are signed before anything is shared. You get repository and Figma access from week one, and there is no proprietary framework holding you back.
How do you scope and quote a project?
Every project is scoped individually, because no two are the same. After one free 30-minute call you get a written proposal on a single page, covering what is included, the timeline, who works on it and the success metric.
How long does a typical project take?
Six to ten weeks for a standard eCommerce build, four to six for a marketing site, and eight to fourteen for an app or MVP. Discovery and design take the first two to four weeks.
Do you only work on new builds?
No. Roughly half our work is improving something another team built: CRO audits, performance rescue, platform migrations and redesigns of stores that launched but never converted.
What happens after launch?
We stay on call for seven days at no cost while real traffic hits the site. After that you take a full documented handover, or keep us on a monthly retainer for CRO testing and performance monitoring.
