How we build iOS for Chennai companies.

Native, hybrid or iPad. Two audiences and two scripts change the answer, so we settle the language layer before the platform.

Tamil that is set, not translated.Checked on a real handset for line height, truncation and font fallback, because Tamil breaks layouts that were only ever tested in English.
We agree what the first release does not do.The cut list is written down and signed off, including which audience — dealer or consumer — the first release is actually for.
Two audiences without two apps.Dealer pricing and consumer browsing in one build, with the account deciding what is shown rather than a separate download.
A build on your phone every fortnight.Reviewed by someone who reads Tamil, not only by someone who reads the spec.
Real handsets, not just the simulator.Tested on the oldest iPhone you have agreed to support, and on the devices your dealer network actually carries.
Your Apple Developer account, your code.Published under your organisation with the repository in your hands. Leaving us moves nothing and needs no transfer.

Two audiences, two scripts, one app.

Tamil that is set rather than translated, and one app that serves dealers and shoppers without confusing either.

One app, two kinds of user

The account decides whether someone sees trade pricing or the shop. A dealer app and a consumer app is two things to maintain and two things to get wrong.

We design the first session

Time to first value is a spec item with a number against it. That is where installs are lost, long before anyone finds a bug.

Review is part of the build

Privacy manifest, tracking permission and account deletion are settled in week one. Left to submission week, any of them forces a rework.

A bilingual interface is easier to keep honest in one codebase than two. We scope and cost both routes before you decide.

Week 1

Which audience the first release is for.

One session to cut the list, then a fixed written scope. Dealer or consumer first is decided here, because building for both at once is what makes these projects overrun.

Week 2–3

Tamil proven on a handset, early.

Onboarding drawn first, then the language layer tested on a real device. Tamil breaks layouts that were only ever checked in English, so it is proven before the build rather than during it.

One build, two kinds of user.

Fortnightly TestFlight builds, with the account deciding whether a dealer sees trade pricing or a shopper sees retail — one app, not a second download to maintain.

GRH Kratom
Syscodes handled our migration from WooCommerce to Shopify exceptionally well, despite having a large store with many pages and products. They ensured we didn’t lose our search rankings during the migration and, in fact, helped us grow both organic traffic and sales after the launch. Excellent work from start to finish.

Can the app work properly in Tamil?

Yes, and it is set rather than translated. Tamil is proven on a real handset during design — line height, truncation and font fallback — because it breaks layouts that were only ever checked in English. Getting that wrong is obvious to every Tamil reader and invisible to everyone else.

We sell to dealers and to consumers. Two apps?

One, in almost every case. The account decides whether someone sees trade pricing or the retail shop. Two apps means two builds to maintain, two review submissions and two chances to get the pricing logic wrong.

What does an iOS app cost?

There is no price list, because scope sets the number rather than the platform. For a bilingual app with a dealer side, the thing that usually moves the number is how different the two audiences' journeys really are. We put the figure in writing after a free consultation.

How long does an iPhone app take to build?

Ten to fourteen weeks for most first releases, with the first TestFlight build on your team's phones in week five. A second script adds design time rather than build time, and we front-load it so it does not surface late.

Should we build native Swift or cross-platform?

A bilingual interface is easier to keep honest in one codebase than two, which usually favours React Native. Native Swift earns its place where the hardware is doing real work. We cost both routes before you decide.

Who owns the code and the Apple Developer account?

You do, both, from the first commit. The app is published under your organisation's Apple Developer account rather than ours, and the repository is yours.
