Flows and information architecture before pixels. Where things live and what happens next, argued while it is still cheap. Wireframes reviewed with your engineers in the room.
Screens with every state and real data in them. High-fidelity interfaces built from components, populated with your actual export rather than sample rows, and prototyped so they can be tested before being built.

Alcohol-free kava and kratom tonics, positioned as the drink you have instead. Google would not show the site at all, not even for the brand name, because it was buried in duplicated AI-written content. We stripped it, rewrote it, and rebuilt on Shopify.
