How we build iOS for Mumbai brands.

Native, hybrid or iPad. When paid installs are funding the launch, the route that reaches the store soonest usually wins the argument.

Attribution wired before the first campaign.SKAdNetwork, ATT and your analytics are in place before launch, so the first week of spend produces a number you can act on.
We agree what the first release does not do.The cut list is written down and signed off against your campaign date, because a launch that slips past the media plan costs more than the feature would have.
The first session is designed, not assumed.A paid install that never reaches value is money already spent. Onboarding is specified with a time target against it.
A build on your phone every fortnight.Your marketing lead sees it on their own handset while there is still time to change the launch creative around it.
Store listing treated as an ad unit.Screenshots, the first two lines of the description and the icon are the parts most shoppers judge, so they get drafted rather than filled in.
Your Apple Developer account, your code.Published under your organisation, which also means the attribution and store data stay yours when an agency changes.

Built to be measured in Mumbai.

A launch built to be measured, so the spend behind it can be judged rather than defended.

01

The launch is built to be measured

Attribution goes in before the media does. A launch you cannot read is a launch you can only defend, and defending it costs more than instrumenting it.

A paid install has to reach value

You are buying the install either way. Onboarding is specified with a time target because that is the step deciding whether the spend converts or evaporates.

Review cannot sit on your date

We submit with a buffer before the campaign, because App Store review does not care about your media plan and will not be hurried.

The store page is an ad unit

The icon, the first two screenshots and the opening two lines decide most installs. They get drafted and argued over rather than filled in at submission.

We will talk you out of native

If both stores have to launch on the same date, one React Native codebase is usually the honest answer. We cost both before you decide.

Brands we work with.

Over a hundred brands across retail, healthcare, education and manufacturing.

GRH Kratom
Syscodes handled our migration from WooCommerce to Shopify exceptionally well, despite having a large store with many pages and products. They ensured we didn’t lose our search rankings during the migration and, in fact, helped us grow both organic traffic and sales after the launch. Excellent work from start to finish.

How do we know the launch spend actually worked?

Because attribution is wired before the first campaign runs, not after the first week of spend has already become unexplainable. SKAdNetwork, ATT and your analytics go in during the build, and we agree the activation event in week one so installs are not mistaken for results.

Our campaign date is fixed. Can review be a risk?

It can, which is why we submit with a buffer rather than on the date. App Store review takes one to two weeks and does not care about a media plan. We build the buffer into the schedule at scoping so the launch is not hostage to it.

What does an iOS app cost?

There is no price list, because scope sets the number rather than the platform. We scope it after a free consultation and put the figure in writing, along with what would move it — and for a campaign-led launch, the thing that usually moves it is how much has to work on day one.

Does the App Store listing really matter that much?

For paid installs it is most of the decision. The icon, the first two screenshots and the opening two lines of the description are what a shopper judges before they read anything else, so we draft them properly rather than filling them in the night before submission.

Should we build native Swift or cross-platform?

If both stores have to launch on the same date, one React Native codebase is usually the honest answer. Native Swift earns its place when the app leans on the camera, heavy animation or on-device processing — the things a shopper notices in the first ten seconds. We cost both routes before you decide.

Who owns the code and the Apple Developer account?

You do, both, from the first commit. That matters more than it sounds for a brand: your attribution history and store data stay with you when an agency or a media partner changes.
