How we build iOS for Pune field teams.

Native, hybrid or iPad. For work done away from a desk, the answer turns on what has to keep working when the connection does not.

It works when the signal does not.Writes queue on the device and sync when the connection returns. The job gets recorded on the floor, not re-entered afterwards.
We agree what the first release does not do.The cut list is written down and signed off with the people who will actually use it, not only with the people buying it.
Designed for gloves and daylight.Targets sized for a gloved thumb, contrast that survives a bright shed, and the primary action reachable one-handed.
A build on your phone every fortnight.Tested where the work happens rather than at a desk, because a floor and a meeting room are different environments.
Sync conflicts have a rule, not a guess. When two people update the same job offline, what wins is decided in the scope and written down.
Your Apple Developer account, your code.Published under your organisation with the repository in your hands. Leaving us moves nothing and needs no transfer.

Built for the Pune shop floor.

Built for a job done standing up, often on an iPad, sometimes with no signal at all.

01

It works with no signal

Writes queue on the device and sync when the connection returns. The job is recorded on the floor, not re-entered from a notebook afterwards.

Offlinefirst, not optional
02

Conflicts have a rule

When two people update the same job offline, what wins is decided in the scope and written down — not discovered by whoever loses their work.

Tested where it is used

A build tested at a desk with full bars proves nothing about a shop floor. We test on site, on the devices the team actually carries.

We will talk you out of native

Mixed fleets usually favour one codebase across both stores, with Swift only where the hardware demands it. We cost both routes.

Week 1

What has to work with no signal.

One session to cut the list, then a fixed written scope. The offline questions are answered here: what can be done without a connection, and what wins when two people edit the same job.

Onboarding first, then the working screens sized for a thumb in a glove and a screen in daylight. The primary action stays reachable one-handed, because the other hand is usually holding something.

Through App Store review, first time.

GRH Kratom
Syscodes handled our migration from WooCommerce to Shopify exceptionally well, despite having a large store with many pages and products. They ensured we didn’t lose our search rankings during the migration and, in fact, helped us grow both organic traffic and sales after the launch. Excellent work from start to finish.

What Pune engineering teams ask us.

The ones Pune engineering and service teams ask first, and most of them are about working without a signal.

Still unsure?

Ask us directly. A senior lead answers, usually within one business day.

hello@syscodes.in+91 70034 16634Book a call
Will it work where there is no signal?

Yes — that is designed in rather than added. Writes queue on the device and sync when the connection returns, so the job gets recorded on the floor instead of re-entered from a notebook afterwards. We agree in scoping exactly what can be done offline.

What happens if two people update the same job offline?

Whatever we agreed in the scope, written down before the build. Someone always loses a change in that situation; the only question is whether the rule was decided by you in week one or discovered by an engineer in week nine.

Can it be used with gloves on?

It is drawn for that. Targets sized for a gloved thumb, contrast that survives a bright shed, and the primary action reachable one-handed because the other hand is usually holding something. We test on site rather than at a desk.

What does an iOS app cost?

There is no price list, because scope sets the number rather than the platform. For field tools the offline and sync requirements move the number more than the screen count does. We put the figure in writing after a free consultation.

Can we distribute the app without the public App Store?

Yes, and for an internal tool it is usually the right answer. Apple Business Manager and a managed distribution setup put the app on company devices without a public listing, which also removes the review cycle from your release plan. We will tell you in scoping which route fits.

Who owns the code and the Apple Developer account?

You do, both, from the first commit. The app is published under your organisation's Apple Developer account rather than ours, and the repository is yours.
