A signed build on your phone every fortnight. Two-week sprints, each ending with an internal-track release you can install and use. Code lands in your repository as it is written.
Real handsets, and the network genuinely switched off. A device lab pass, a battery run across a full shift, and offline testing that actually disables the connection rather than simulating it.
